The Johnstown Warriors (Cambria County Student Hockey League) is proud to announce their 2026-2027 Season Tryouts for 10U-18U held the week of 3/30/2026. Each age division will have slots for tryouts by age division. A non-refundable $40 tryout fee (early bird) - $60 (normal price // week before) is due before the player is permitted to take part, as well as a $250 commitment fee and prior years' fees must be paid in full. In the case where the player declines the team placement within 24 hours of the try-out results being posted, the commitment fee will be refunded.

Once a player receives a player invite after their tryouts - they will have 24 hours to accept or decline their placement. If declined in that timeframe, you will be refunded the $250 commitment fee.

NOTE: Any player that declines or leaves the team after June 1 will be responsible for the full season cost.

ALSO NOTE: This year's tryouts will be closed. No parents / spectators will be allowed to be in the arena during the tryout sessions. You may come in at the beginning if your player needs help with equipment/skates, but then you must leave the building until the tryout is complete.

New for 2026-2027 is an 8U Evaluation Skate for any 8U player that wants to play Travel Mites. Cost for this evaluation skate is $20.00.

The Johnstown Warriors reserve the right to implement one to two mandatory fundraisers throughout the season to support organization-wide initiatives or cover essential costs.

Also, any outstanding fees will need to be settled to participate.
